Customise training content based on job function

In this video, Heida, explains how different roles or departments within a company can access different types of training content based on their need to know. In this example, we use the example of the seafood company Brim to view how they might tailor training on the MSC standard based on different roles. The content needed to train the sales department can vary greatly from the content that upper management needs to have. Employees can access the content at their own convenience that is tailored to their job function.
